Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join a growing technology company located in the Capital Region. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity with a generous benefits package.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
Previous Talent Acquisition experience a strong plus
Previous experience recruiting in the IT space a very strong plus
Eagerness to learn
Detail oriented
Ability to focus on and understand the “big picture”
A positive attitude
Ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science OR Entrepreneurship
