Alaant is hiring! We are looking for an experienced recruiter who will join our team to source and hire top technology talent in the IT, engineering and biotech sectors. This position will be providing recruiting support to our clients to help them fulfill their hiring needs.

This role offers a great opportunity to learn many industries and interact with all levels of professionals to help companies build great workforces while matching top talent to the best employers in the area.



An Alaant Technical Recruiter is responsible for the process of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding and retaining employees at the organizations they have been assigned to.



Key duties include:

• Research industries, roles and other related data to become knowledgeable in many fields

• Write and post all job descriptions for assigned roles

• Support full cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches, creating innovative recruiting strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role

• Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline

• Participate in networking to grow professional network for business referrals

• The position is ultimately responsible for the fulfillment of requisitions with our client

To develop the skills needed to perform this role, you will train with industry leaders, inside and outside of our organization. You will acquire best practices and methodologies by learning all administrative and operational support facets of the business, job shadowing senior Talent Acquisition Specialists and participating in online industry training.



Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:

• *This is not an entry-level job.* Candidates must have a demonstrated track record in filling hard-to-fill technical roles

• 2 years of relevant experience recruiting for technical and professional level positions, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience with full cycle recruiting

• Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills

• We are open to remote placement, depending on experience
