How you will contribute
You will:
Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility
Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements

The People Experience Advisor, US Sales
is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities. The Advisor is the key point of contact to employees where self-service / shared services support is not available and sits within the local BU squad team. Where appropriate the People Experience (PE) Advisor will support implementation of local projects or initiatives.
People Experience Advisors
Use Business Unit knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location (i.e., Time & Attendance support, etc.)
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local BU/location; work as part of the BU squad, providing business intimacy and supporting with delivery of local HR services
Escalate business specific queries to the BU People Experience Lead and functional queries to the relevant SSC team
Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation
Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services
Responsible for delivery of the following services:
Ongoing onboarding
Local learning delivery
Local query resolution
Provide HR advice and guidance in relation to their BU, empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt any HR concerns and proactively seek solutions
Support documentation and implements local / country specific policies
Responsible for identifying service issues, proposing improvements and supporting implementing changes
Support the delivery of projects and initiatives within their country/BU
Responsible for Employee Relations support (where service not provided by SSC)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
3 or more years of Human Resources experience is required
Experience with Employee Relations investigations
Previous Consumer Packed Goods (CPG) experience is a plus

Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to relate to people in all parts of the plant and organization

Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
