As Pure continues to grow and thrive, the need for strategic and forward-looking HR Partnership is paramount. Based in the United States, this Sr. HR Business Partner will be instrumental in building and executing on a HR strategy (talent, process, technology, programs) that correlates to the business strategy for the Global Customer Experience organization. The position formulates partnerships across the business and HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
This includes:
Providing consulting/coaching to leaders/managers in order to support the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives via human capital.
Acting as an advisor while championing policies, practices, and HR initiatives within the organizations you support.
Working with relevant stakeholders to help spearhead people initiatives and programs, including performance management, compensation, talent development & feedback, employee engagement & retention, and internal communications.
Being a talent portfolio strategist through the lens of workforce planning and talent acquisition to build and elevate business and teams.
Analyzing/reporting on KPIs/trends related to human capital to develop strategies and solutions that affect the business performance, employees, and customers.
Supporting the execution of people programs within your practices/departments across all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, compensation, performance reviews, culture initiatives, diversity & inclusion, talent management, and more.
Partnering with COEs on operational excellence at scale.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Results-oriented individual who operates with the business outcomes in mind while ensuring the best employee experience.
Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate people and business strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
Demonstrate competence in the various HR functional areas including talent portfolio management, employee relations, rewards, organizational design, workforce planning, etc.
Value the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in acquiring and developing talent.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines & SLAs.
Must be likeable and relatable, having an ability to form strong connections with others, earning their trust, and hence being able to influence even the highest level management in the business.
Very comfortable with ambiguity, growth/learning mindset, and motivated by building and finding solutions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Independent thinker with ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
BA/BS or equivalent plus 7 years of HR Business Partner environment with direct client support and/or consulting.
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment, or remote environment.
