Premium Administration Implementation Manager As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Consumer Benefits Solutions team in Farmington, CT. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Farmington, CT office.  Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look likeInstall Premium Administration services for clients by creating of new accounts on Premium Administration systems such as Resource One, IBM and EBIX.Engage and educate clients and insurance carriers on the necessary administration processes and tools to ensure accurate payroll and billing services.Develop and implement process maps and project plans for the implementation of new Premium Administration plans.Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.Identify areas of opportunity within processes and tools throughout the client implementation lifecycle.Create standard workflows, handoff processes, and training for Premium Administration team on new business processes and systems.Partner with Information Services Team on testing of systems and processes for new clients.Build relationships with Client payroll/benefit, human resources and IT departments to set up and manage the payroll deduction, remittance and payment processes for our clients.Lead implementation call content Premium Administration implementations independently or in coordination with Client Manager.Coordinate with Consumer Solution Lead Consultants, Client Managers and Account Managers to manage the implementation process against an established timeline.Work closely with Client Manager on content  for weekly call agendas and items of escalation.Build and manage timelines, payroll calendars and data file exchange parameters with clients and insurance carriers How this opportunity is different This position is responsible for the implementation of payroll and billing administration services for new clients as well as the transition and training of the Premium Administration team on core processes and tools. Also manage the Implementation Process for new Clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success 3 years of project management experience (client-facing)5 Microsoft Suite Applications2 years of training experiencePreferred Experience:1 years billing experience working with insurance carriers1 year billing and reconciliation experience Education:  Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent years of experience. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 to $85,000 annually.
