To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for creating and updating relevant internal and external job postings, updating the Applicant Tracking System, conducting pre-employment scheduling and initiating new hire paperwork. The successful candidate has a minimum of two years of administrative or customer service experience and one year of Human Resources or Recruiting experience. This position reports to the Manager of Recruiting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Create and update relevant job postings
Activate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by acquiring job details and approvals
Distribute physical internal postings for union positions and management positions
Ensure all job boards are up-to-date including state unemployment boards and schools
Ensure compliance of external job postings with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) regulations
Act as point of contact for employment sites, utilizing recruiting systems for OFCCP outreach
Conduct pre-employment scheduling
Initiate new hire paperwork and follow up on completion
Schedule fingerprint screening with candidates and conduct fingerprinting for recruiters as needed
Follow up with recruiters to schedule start dates upon background and drug screening clearance
Update ATS with pre-boarding information
Schedule travel and accommodations for general interviews, new hires and recruiters as needed
Manage the general Piedmont recruiter inbox by responding to general inquiries or forwarding emails
Process applicant paperwork and filing on a regular basis adhering to compliance guidelines
Maintain high-level knowledge of all open job requisitions managed by the Recruiting team
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of administrative or customer service experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor
One year of Human Resources or recruiting experience
Working knowledge of booking travel and accommodations
Experience in supporting multiple personnel in a fast-paced environment
Strong and effective communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Workday HRIS
Work Environment:
Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed
