Description

The Recruiter 2 interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Assists with university graduate and professional recruiting. The Recruiter 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Recruiter 2 refers applicants to particular position openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews. Assists with employment advertising and other related duties. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience
3 years of recruiting experience
1 years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives
Prior experience managing multiple position throughout the full recruitment life cycle
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
