The Senior Benefits Analyst – Global Health and Wellbeing Plans will oversee the delivery of the Company’s international health and wellbeing benefits and global programs. The Senior Benefits Analyst will interface with vendors, Human Resources, HRIS, IT, Payroll, Legal and other internal departments.
Responsible for managing global benefit programs that aligns with PVH’s global benefits philosophy, compliance requirements, trends and local market practices
Own and manage renewals of assigned locations/countries
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing benefit data, trends, surveys and renewal reports for management
Monitor and analyze benefits competitiveness and cost effectiveness of benefit offerings
Interpretation and analysis of claims, data & utilization reports and providing recommendations to management
Partner with broker and local teams on the Global benefit plan database to track relevant data and report on financial and plan design components
Reviews the benefit programs and pro-actively participates in the full RFP process which includes the evaluation of new programs, changes to existing plan options and lead system updates, implementations and training as required
Manage creation and updates of international and global benefit plans in Workday with local HR/C&B teams and HRIS to ensure system is kept up to date
Monitor compliance requirements and provide recommendations to Manager
Manage vendor compliance with our internal information security requirements as well as our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Key resource for global and local HR/C&B partners. Coordinate and manage various activities such as quarterly strategy sessions
Support and lead wellbeing initiatives as required. This includes working on new program implementations, integrations, communications, events and other tasks
Lead resource for complimentary wellbeing programs, such as the Employee Assistance Program and Headspace.
Monitor programs to ensure programs align with PVH’s strategic objectives and needs of associates
Partner with team to monitor wellbeing programs and help identify trends through utilization review; meeting with regional HR/C&B leads to help strategize and review promotion opportunities
Other activities as assigned
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in a Corporate Benefits environment with emphasis on H&W plans
International benefit experience is a plus
Flexibility, able to adapt to change in work and priorities
Ability to effectively analyze data and provide relevant observations and recommendations
Manage and participate in special projects as required
Strong analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills
Must be able to function as a team member and work independently to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented, flexible and creative
Wellbeing experience is a plus
Strong technical and problem solving skills
Profcient in MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to management
Willingness to participate in virtual meetings and accommodate time zone differences in Asia and Africa; occasionally throughout the year but more regularly during plan renewals.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
