PeerSource, a one year old technology recruiting firm, is urgently seeking an experienced in-house Technology Recruiter who will be based in our corporate office in Englewood, CO. While this position will focus on filling various technology related positions for clients, PeerSource is also looking for this key individual to help us create, define and document best practices in regards to technology recruiting. Opportunity is the name of the game as we introduce an enhanced technology recruiting model to the industry.
Main Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for conducting full life cycle recruiting including:
Sourcing, job posting and job management, searching
Resume screening/submittal, target hunting, interviewing
Negotiating salary/rate and benefits, conducting employment reference checks We offer W2 contractors a defined benefit with access to insurances and a matching 401K plan
Preparing candidates for client interviews
Arranging background checks and drug screening; helping arrange travel for out of state candidates
Facilitating technical interviews between our candidates and our technical subject matter experts
Hiring and follow up as needed
Will attend sales meetings with the sales team and gather firsthand information about needs; may eventually meet with established clients without the sales team – Must be comfortable with candidates as well as clients
The ability to assist in developing new client relationships is a plus as we place candidates on Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions.
Requirements:
Prefer a minimum of 3 years of Technical Recruiting experience Hands on technical background is a plus
Client relationships are a plus, although we would never ask you to break a Non-Compete
Ability to understand client technology requirements; Experience recruiting for various clients in multiple industries utilizing a wide range of technologies
Successful track record in technical recruitment – Be prepared to talk about and document your numbers
High motivation to find the right candidate and win client’s business
Ability to prioritize client recruiting needs
Ability to maintain successful working relationships with our clients, our PeerNetwork, service providers, candidates, our internal associates including the business development team and ownership
Experience with full life cycle recruiting
Experience with W2 & Corp-Corp contractors as well as Direct Hire candidates Goal is a 75/25 percent split of business on the contract side; currently heavier on the Direct Hire side
Experience using resourcing strategies such as portals Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder; internet sourcing, LinkedIn, networking, associate referrals, cold calling and email campaigns
Ability to use techniques beyond job board recruiting - Internet mining and research, referrals, networking, career fairs, special promotions, campus recruiting, cold calling, personal contacts, social media Expertise is Boolean search methodology is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability and willingness to participate in the sales process and accompany the sales team on “potential client” appointments helping to answer questions about recruiting experience, techniques and expertise
Participate in staff accountability, mentoring & training and branch meetings on a weekly basis
Willingness and
sense of urgency
to meet intense deadlines of clients
Strong organizational and time management skills Experience or ability to independently set up and run a recruiting division from the ground floor with little direction or supervision is a huge plus
Ability to articulate as well as record best practices on a step-by-step basis
MS Office proficiency including OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL (POWER POINT is a plus)

Experience with MaxHire ATS
Experience working with HB1, etc.
AIRS recruiting certification
Experience with managing client deliverables
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
Relevant work experience accepted in lieu of formal education
