Addison Group has an immediate opening for a corporate recruiter in Dallas TX. In this role you will identify suitable recruiting methods, post positions accordingly. Employ other creative sourcing methods to improve the talent pool, candidate experience and the time to fill. Collaborate with internal hiring managers to asset the hiring needs, business strategies and collet relevant position information to ensure candidates meet position requirements. Mange full-cycle recruiting from job postings through screening, interviews, and offers. Must have experience handling 20-30 reqs at a time and expected to fill 8-10 a week
and be able to start immediately.
Must have:
3 of experience of high volume recruiting
LinkedIn and Indeed experience searching for candidates
