Recruiter Opportunity with Great Company!
We are partnering with a top Healthcare company in Dallas searching for a delivery-focused Physician Recruiter!
Location:
Dallas, Tx in office 2-3 days a week and requires 10-15% domestic travel
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and evaluate potential physician candidates
Act as point of contact for ATS, background and drug testing vendors, and other 3
rd
party providers as needed
Work with Payroll and Benefits managers to complete new hire setup in HRIS system
Generate weekly reports on current job openings companywide
Collaborate with recruiting team to provide high level of support and services to candidates, team members, and other staff
Monitor, measure, and report on the candidate experience identifying problem areas and recommending solutions
Ensure compliance with new hire paperwork including onboarding, 1-9s, background checks, and drug tests
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of recruiting experience ideally in healthcare
Experience recruiting for multi-site, multi-state company preferred
Knowledge of Recruiting Data & Analytics
Experience with HRIS and ATS
Ability to establish and foster relationships
Passion for maximizing the candidate and employee experience
Advanced computer skills
Travel as needed
Pay:
$75,000 – $85,000 commission
