SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Support the development and completion of compensation processes and initiatives which include annual compensation reviews, new hire offers, competitive and ad hoc analyses for assigned client groups
Help design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes. Prepare training materials as needed to support compensation initiatives
Create recommendations regarding regular review and updates to the compensation structure
Develop, update and present quantitative models to assess compensation practices and the company's competitive position
Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position
Produce ad hoc analyses with quick turnarounds based on business requests. Present findings and recommendations to all levels of management
Develop and maintain relationships with the People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional partners to ensure proper support of all client groups
Work with HRIS to ensure systems are meeting compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to compensation programs as appropriate.
Stay ahead of emerging market trends in compensation practices
As part of a small team with global responsibilities, participate as needed in projects and activities and provide seamless client support
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
6 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Business Operations or Finance
Expert MS Excel knowledge; MS Access (database creation, maintenance, and querying) is a plus
Strong analytical abilities to effectively analyze data, create models, reports, and metrics
Self-starter with great work ethic, excellent time and project management skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong flexibility and ability to adapt to changing requirements
Strength in researching, understanding, and succinctly explaining business issues and impact
Ability to handle highly sensitive data confidentially
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
