This team collaborates very closely with Legal, Splunk People Operations Team (SPOT), Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HRBPs and Total Rewards.Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport queries relating to compliance in ServiceNow and People Compliance email.Responsible for employment eligibility, including I-9sAdminister New Splunker Training: Enroll New Splunkers, monitor progress and escalate non-compliance.Responsible for compliance posters and updating all compliance postingsProvide data privacy supportReview and respond to FedRAMP approval requestsCoordinate, collaborate, participate in, and support various compliance efforts and projects.Support the implementation of compliance initiatives and templates that can be utilized for people compliance initiatives.Support compliance audits as requested in Workday and JobviteCollaborate with the People Technology team to update new hire and termination documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.Engage with internal legal counsel, vendors, and external professionals as needed.Work closely with Sr Compliance Manager and suggest iterations on processes and initiatives to ensure we remain compliant.Create and maintain Slack channel for campaigns, changes, updates and improvements in People Compliance.Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks.Requirements:Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience in People Compliance or People Operations with a with a multinational companyClear understanding of HR laws in one or multiple countries where Splunk is active.Knowledge of human resource practices, employment laws, and related compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality for sensitive issues and information with great attention to detailWe value diversity at our company.
