Aon is looking for a Senior Communication ConsultantAs part of an industry-leading Strategic Communication team within Aon’s Human Capital Solutions business, you will help our clients and their people navigate change, simplify complexity, and achieve better outcomes through better communication. In this role you will develop communication strategies, content, and solutions for clients in the areas of total rewards and benefits, compensation, talent and corporate change. This role can be on-site, virtual or a hybrid working model, and may require occasional travel.Your impact as a Senior Communication ConsultantAs a Senior Communication Consultant on Aon’s Strategic Communication team, you will work with Aon colleagues to help clients uncover insights about their workforce through employee experience research, manage change by maximizing stakeholder engagement while minimizing disruption, and inspire action through effective communication and storytelling that motivates people and drives behavior.Job Responsibilities: Lead client engagements and effectively coach project teams and external partners to develop and deliver innovative change communication strategies and solutions Lead and participate in new business pursuits, including developing proposals and articulating Aon’s point of view to prospective clients Effectively manage multiple projects at once while pursuing new business opportunities Create compelling employee marketing and educational content for a variety of media, including digital, video, print, and presentations Collaborate with colleagues and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class, effective employee communication Provide insights to clients on incorporating digital channels such as microsites, videos, internal social channels into communication strategies Provide thought leadership in human capital solutions communication, including talent management and performance, total rewards, compensation and corporate change Help shape communication points of view and solutions and track human capital communication trends Build working relationships with colleagues in other practices and provide coaching for less senior communication consultants Maintain a broad level of understanding of other Aon services within the Human Capital space Work with highly experience Strategic Communication team members and experts across AonRequired Experience:5-10 years of experience in employee communication, communication consulting, marketing, or related communication fieldStrategic change communication experienceExcellent writing and storytelling skillsDemonstrated expertise in communication project leadership and change strategyStrong client leadership and problem-solving skillsStrong behavior change acumenAbility to work in a collaborative, highly virtual, and team-oriented environmentHigh proficiency in developing content in Word and PowerPointPreferred Experience:5-10 years of experience in human capital communications (any combination of total rewards, benefits, wellbeing, health retirement, compensation, work-life, talent or other related area of human resources)Experience in developing new businessEducation:Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Writing).We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans.
