Primary alignment will be divisional and functional with secondary emphasis on supporting initiatives on a plug and play basis as capacity permits and business need requires.nnThe Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for the development and delivery of creative, efficient, and effective sourcing and recruitment campaigns in response to clients' needs. This position will manage various recruiting and selection cycles including building our employment brand in our communities, sourcing, screening, and managing hiring manager expectations while delivering a high level of candidate care.nnSelected candidate can work in our offices in West Point, PA; Rahway, NJ, or Remote.nnResponsibilities include but are not limited to:nnResponsible for end-to-end recruiting in the respective business area/ geography for business niche positions.nPartner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop, gain commitment, and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy.nConsult and influence selection decisions ensuring a diverse pipeline.nDrive Diversity initiatives and networking events with Managers and RPO (where needed).nProactively network with niche talent in the Boston/ Cambridge market and identify positions.nDrive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience.nAbility to deliver on or exceed stated KPIu2019s.nCoordinates, facilitates and/or participates in interview days and job fairs as needed.nReduces cycle time while maintaining or improving quality of hire.nContributes to process improvement initiatives and drives efficient process adherence.nReports on recruiting activities as required or requested by the client as well as responsible for educating business on OFCCP compliance and adhere to compliance metrics.nAbility to influence/coach hiring managers and leaders on recruiting process and talent decisions.nnnEducation Requirements:nnBacheloru2019s Degree Preferred; or experience in lieu of DegreennRequired Experience and Skills:nnMinimum of 5 years of recruiting/ staffing experience, preferably in a large, matrixed organization; a combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred.nExperience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including use of the Internet, conducting telephone and on-site interviews utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques.nExternal labor market and best practice knowledge.nExperience recruiting in a fast paced - high volume environment.nThorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred).nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).nDemonstrated strength in written and verbal communication as well as strong relationship building/maintenance, facilitation and influencing skills required.u00a0nnOur Support Functions deliver services and makes recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the experience of working at our organization.
