POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Inclusion & Diversity is responsible for implementing and supporting the execution of PVH’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy including: business resource groups (BRGs), education and awareness, project management and communications. This role will have significant interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Communications, Corporate Responsibility, Legal and associates at all levels. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Leverage best practices in inclusion, diversity & equity to support the execution of PVH’s I&D strategy with a focus on cultivating a culture of inclusion, diversity and equity for all to build a better workplace, drive innovation in the marketplace and create a positive impact on society
  • Support strategy development and implementation to drive business impact through BRGs in support of the I&D framework.
  • Responsible for global governance of BRGs, developing processes and procedures to improve BRG operations and ensuring the adherence to the BRG handbook and guidelines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison to BRGs and global business partners promoting collaboration through the sharing of best practices and partnership.
  • Manage and support I&D education and awareness initiatives including: I&D training, history and heritage month activations, expert speaker series and associate engagement initiatives.
  • Identify, develop, and foster relationships with relevant external organizations, thought leaders, partners, and vendors to inform strategic actions.
  • Develop metrics to measure impact of initiatives, conduct post program evaluations, and make recommendations for further improvements
  • Oversee development and management of a centralized calendar of global I&D events, communications and cultural celebrations.
  • Manage BRG budget allocations and approvals.

EXPERIENCE:

6+ years of professional experience including 3 years leading inclusion, diversity & equity initiatives.

  • Subject matter expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion is required and global experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in creating strategic plans and proven ability to deliver and sustain results.
  • Have managed cross-functional programs and/or initiatives.
  • Experience creating presentations/briefings for all audiences through executive leaders.
  • Experience managing complex projects and designing and managing various I&D initiatives.
  • Experience interpreting various data and synthesizing to ensure audience understanding.

EDUCATION:

Advanced degree in Human Resources. Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development or related field preferred. I&D Certifications desirable.

SKILLS:

  • Strong organization, analysis, planning and project management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills.
