Technical and Corporate Recruiter (2 positions)

SALARY UPON CONVERSION:
$65-75K (based on experience)
LOCATION
Several locations in Gaithersburg, Rockville and Bethesda:
Tech Recruiter will be based out of Bethesda
Non-tech recruiter will be based out of Rockville
REMOTE?
Hybrid – 1 -2 days in office
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of recruiting experience
Self-managed, independent (manger does not micromanage)
Ability to think outside of the box
Detail-oriented
Energetic and eager
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tech Recruiter
Full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening and interviewing
Primarily focus on Information Technology, Security, Software Engineering and Product related roles.
Corporate Recruiter
Full life cycle recruitment for non-technical roles
Onboarding
Performance management
Employee Engagement and culture
Manage job postings
