HR Manager Opportunity with Industry-Leading Company!
We’re partnering with one of our Top clients to find a dynamic HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Create and execute HR programs, policies, and procedures including staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety
Communicate with all levels of employees
Be the liaison between Management and Employees with employee relations, contracts, wages, etc.
Assist with investigations and reporting on industrial accidents for insurance carriers
Advise Management on employee disputes, policies, and recommend changes
Identify and handle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for staff vacancies
Analyze and update compensation and benefits policies to stay with the market
Stay up to date on laws and regulations and update policies for compliance
Compile and maintain employee records
Create statistical reports related to hires, transfers, performance, and attendance
Collaborate with Vendors to have payroll effectively use UltiPro/UKG
Embody company values, ideals, and culture
Manage HR employees at various company locations and with other departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5 years of HR Experience, 1 years of management
Experience recruiting blue-collar talent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Nice to Haves:
SHRM Membership
Experience with UltiPro
Pay:
$70,000 - $105,000
