Our client, the premier provider of localized, high-quality, compassionate care to vulnerable patients in challenging clinical environments, is looking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join their growing team. The Compensation Analyst supports the thorough and accurate administration, design, and communication of multiple compensation programs and activities including but not limited to: compensation compliance initiatives, incentive plan administration, performing internal/external marketplace analyses, annual increase processing, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Service Contract Act (SCA) administration, and other related programs.
This is a fully remote, contract, position and is paying up to $40 an hour depending on experience.
