Recruiter Opportunity with Growing Company!
We are partnering with a top Healthcare/Orthodontics company searching for a delivery-focused
Doctor Recruiting Specialist!
Location:
Fully remote and requires up to 40% travel
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and evaluate potential doctor candidates
Handle 12-24 reqs at a time
Organize interviews and attend as needed
Travel to network events, attend conferences establishing relationships and marketing company
Create presentations and present for various groups including college students, doctors, and executives
Identify talent pools to build pipeline and nurture relationships with candidates out of top orthodontic schools and residency programs
Facilitate lunch and learns
Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and others to streamline onboarding
Update postings on various job boards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of recruitment process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook a must)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Pay:
$80,000 – $100,000
Benefits:
