We are looking for growth minded, unconventional thinkers to join the team. To lead our organization into the next phase of growth, we’ll be bringing on a Global Head of HR for our Global Products and Technology organization (GPT).
Core Responsibilities:
The Head of HR for the Global Products and Technology organization serves as the key executive HR partner and strategic business leader as a part of the senior GPT leadership team. This role will drive strategies, prioritize, influence, plan and implement key people initiatives that enable GPT to scale:
Develop solutions to business challenges by understanding GPT’s business model, consulting, engaging in creative problem solving and applying effective talent solutions to proactively address strategic and operational challenges
Through storytelling, create clarity around the strength of the business operations, identify where gaps exist, and where solutions can be applied by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data
Utilize executive coaching skills with senior leaders to diagnose and provide solutions that enable leaders to transform themselves and their teams to be highly productive, deliver on challenging business goals while leading with empathy.
Build manager capability and facilitate employee career development to grow the skills and capabilities of our global and diverse workforce
Serve as an employee advocate and counsel with managers to address the root causes of engagement issues taking into consideration a number of factors which may be complex.
Leverage business acumen, competitive insights, external benchmarking, data and best-in-class organizational design resources to inform decisions on org structures, processes, policies and communication
Deliver on our global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies as we create an exceptional culture where each and every employee can do their best work
Create an world class employee experience by partnering with a team of HR professionals to deliver innovative, impactful solutions, including the Central People Teams (Talent Acquisition, People Ops, HR Technology, Total Rewards, DEI, Talent Management and Learning) and our HRBPs around the world to attract and retain best in class talent

Your qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in HR functions such as HR business partnership, Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, or Talent Acquisition
Previous experience with cultural and operational M&A integration is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Masters degree Business Administration, or related field preferred
