We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and help find excellent talent for our variety of brands from our Santa Monica office.

You’ll Report To: Director - People, Culture, and Communication
A typical day as a Talent Acquisition Partner might include:
Manage recruiting campaigns for client groups as directed by Director - People, Culture, and Communication
Partner with Business Unit and Hiring Managers to develop an understanding of hiring nuances of the business
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting - all hiring manager communication, job description preparation/posting, sourcing, submitting candidates, relationship management, issue resolution, setting process/procedural expectations, coordinating new hire setup/logistics, etc.
Develop sourcing strategies that maximize the qualified candidate pool
Work with the Director to research, contact, and develop relationships with local universities, community, and professional groups to further promote Leaf Group
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate career fairs
Develop/maintain hiring forecasts and gather feedback on recent hires and service levels
Oversee recruiting data and metrics
Manage weekly recruiting reporting metrics
Increase knowledge by participating in webinars and other means of staying on top of trends and new tools
Assist with other special projects both related to the People Team and outside of the team as required
You’ll be successful if you are passionate about recruiting amazing people for our variety of brands and skilled at providing outstanding customer service to both our prospective talent and our internal customers. You must be exceptionally organized, proactive, customer-focused, and able to effectively multi-task.
What You Have:
Some college education
5 years full life cycle recruiting experience (technology talent a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
Keen ability to identify and recruit passive job seekers
Creative and forward-thinking approach to candidate sourcing and job promotion
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting
Highly resourceful, creative, collaborative, motivated, and driven
Ability to effectively prioritize workload and work in a fast paced, ever-changing culture
Passionate about relationship-based recruiting
Ability to work in a close and collaborative team environment
G-suite savvy
Advanced knowledge of Internet, especially search functionality on job sites
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., Greenhouse)
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
