Job Description
The
Recruiter
will be joining our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team! This position will directly support a Healthcare System by building committed, trusting relationships with the HR Team to attract hardworking Healthcare Professionals (HP) to join their team. You will speak with HPs to understand their goals & professional needs, educate on the current healthcare job market, and promote high-priority openings. Satisfy client expectations by providing quality HPs through a strategic sourcing strategy, and communicative relationship.

This position is 100% remote nationwide, where all equipment (Laptop, monitor, headset, etc.) will be provided to you.
Job Tasks:
Plan prospecting strategy according to market data on a daily and weekly basis. Contact and build network of HPs via phone and email.
Partner with Sourcing team to develop sourcing strategies and target efforts on high-priority positions.
Develop and use a social media strategy (
e.g.
LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to prospect business development opportunities, and increase applications.
Cultivate client relationships (including CNO, VP of HR, HR Managers, HR Recruiters) through diligent communication to generate orders and increase specialties.
Optimize market demand for RPO solutions using Great Plains (ATS) prospecting, job boards, and internal AMN cross-selling, to promote healthcare job opportunities and increase HP submission rate.
Update the HP database profile with accurate contact information, qualifications, quality services documentation and selling points to reengage candidates throughout the placement process.
Advise HP on professional goals, probing for unspoken needs using a consultative selling style to gain dedication to take urgent action on the available opportunities.
Determine the best job match for qualified HP according to licensure, availability, skills.
Present candidate files to client contacts.
Navigate HP and client through the offer/placement process and communicate pay rate, bonus or other compensation details (
e.g.
relocation), and new hire paperwork.
Communicate timely updates and manage expectations between all partners; including Recruitment Solutions team leadership, client contact and Quality Services - to ensure HPs
complete
new hire requirements and start on time (
e.g.
background checks, drug screens, references).
Propose resolution on behalf of the client to maintain reputation and happiness levels. Partner and own resolution process with appropriate departments: Recruitment Solutions, Clinical, Quality Services.
Education, Certifications & Experience
Minimum Education/Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years in heavy phone recruiting (sales, inside sales, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting)
Preferred Experience:
Recruiting experience in RPO and/or healthcare staffing industry
2 years recruiting experience or experience within a high volume, metrics-driven sales environment
Prior experience with an ATS
