Interactive Brokers Group is looking to hire a Campus Recruiter. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing campus recruitment strategies for Interactive Brokers. These strategies will include finding innovative and strategic ways to attract and retain the best junior talent for our Summer Internship Program and entry-level full-time technical positions. Additional focus will be to enhance our D&I mission and motivate candidates from all backgrounds to apply, broadening our talent pool and making it more diverse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with targeted colleges/universities and managing the company's campus recruitment and selection process. As our colleague you will manage recruiting activities and events and develop an on-campus marketing strategy to promote the Interactive Brokers brand and on-campus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree required
Lead the strategy, execution, and oversight of the campus recruiting processes
Create, market, and implement recruiting events to attract students into both summer intern and full-time technical roles
Determine innovative and strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent
Oversee the interview and selection process
Own the candidate management process for all campus hires through the applicant tracking system
Partner with technical department leads to understand hiring targets and diversity initiatives
Build new and cultivate existing relationships with school career services offices, university faculty, and targeted student organizations
Connect with local businesses to provide affordable options for living assistance and other perks to attract talent to our metro area
Assist in the onboarding, and offboarding of all campus hires and ensure a positive transition into the company
Leverage year-over-year data to implement tactics aligned with hiring strategies
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of campus recruitment experience. Preferably with concentration of Technical/ Software Development positions and preferably in the FINTECH space.
Proficient in MS Suite expert in Excel
Project Management tool knowledge
Ability to travel

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects, events, and other initiatives with great attention to detail
Exceptional people management skills and organizational skills
Proven competency in driving results through strategic thinking and collaboration with others
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to drive strategy and identify new opportunities for campus recruiting efforts
Demonstrated relationship management skills and knowledge to manage relationships across all levels of a large organization, including senior leadership
