Temporary staff to assist team of recruiters in a fast-paced organization. The successful candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess excellent communication skills, can shift gears at a moment’s notice.
Responsibilities
You will work alongside our seasoned team to learn how we create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish. Your day-to-day work will involve facilitating the interview process by:
Primary responsibility of following up with and collecting interview assessments.
Additional tasks could include but not limited to:
Maintaining applicant tracking system profile data up to date
Scheduling interviews by coordinating directly with candidates and hiring managers
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone
and email
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status
Collecting post-interview feedback
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed (i.e., assist campus recruiting)
Minimum Qualification
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining
