The Human Resource Administrator position is ideal for a person who has a strong desire to learn more about various HR processes in a contemporary, fast-paced environment. As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR Team in the development and delivery of core HR services. Although administration is a large part of your day-to-day work, you will also gain experience in talent retention, employee recognition, benefits, employee relations, employment law, and policies and procedures
You will:
Assist in supporting HR projects and programs
Preparation and execution of all paperwork including new hire, employment verifications and letters of employment
Get to know the Critical Mass team and the business
Keep current on HR trends including: compensation, career management, onboarding, retention, etc.
Assist with onboarding activities for all new employees
Maintain employee information in the HRIS (Success Factors)
Knowledge of the Critical Mass benefit plans and ability to support with answering benefit questions
Knowledge of the company’s Rules & Guidelines
Assist in creating and maintaining global HR projects
You have:
Associate or Bachelors degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
Completion of an HR Internship or 1-2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Creative, forward thinker.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of state and federal laws
Leadership skills.
Proven ability to work with all levels of management.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Broad knowledge and experience across the many HR disciplines.
Agency experience a plus
Experience and knowledge of ADP a plus
