Minimum Qualifications

Duties Description
The Director of Human Resources 2 is responsible for oversight of all aspects of human resources, including the following:
Directing the recruitment and retention of employees which entails working with program managers to identify and clarify the goals and objectives of each Division.
Overseeing an effective employee relations program, including training and staff development, and the administration of discipline and grievance procedures.
Managing workforce succession planning and organizational development through the implementation of documented knowledge transfer strategies.
Representing the Department in meetings, workgroups, committees, and other forums related to recruitment, retention, staff development, and employee relations.
Serving as an advisor to the Executive Office on human resource issues such as labor relations, staff development, and workforce planning.
