Summary:The HR Manager, Strategy and Operations, supports the CHRO with execution of initiatives across the HR function. This role provides the organizational and communication framework for the HR team, HRLT and other stakeholders to implement the People Teamu2019s vision and achieve annual goals. This role will also oversee various aspects of managing the logistics of daily work, including preparing analytics and appealing story boards for presentations, interactions with colleagues, and scheduling.ResponsibilitiesEstablish frameworks and tools for HRLT and the broader HR team to drive towards HR organizational effectivenessEstablish and maintain HR scorecard; Assist the HRLT members to articulate and communicate business strategies; proactively follow up on goal progress to ensure continued progression and forward momentum according to plans. Provide actionable recommendations for improvementTake minutes, organize agenda topics for key HRLT and global HR meetings to help track follow-up items and may recommend plans to help on execution of action items from meetingsu00A0Create deliverables (e.g., presentation decks, spreadsheet analysis) to facilitate HRLT decision making and/or present recommendations to the CHRO; Promote cross functional HR communication and collaboration; partner with Corporate Communications to help deliver key communications to the enterprisePrefer experience in HR data analytics to help illustrate and support enterprise recommendations for CHRO and HRLTOrganize and manage all global HR, HRLT meetings, special internal HR events and off-site team meetings as necessaryCoordinate budget discussion to help prioritize efforts and associated spendHandle sensitive and confidential information for CHRO and HRLTManage the CHROu2019s schedule, including scheduling meetings and planning travel, additionally, assist HRLT members to a lesser degreeRequired Skills:Strong communication and collaboration skills4 years of HR experienceAdvanced Powerpoint presentation and intermediate spreadsheet skillsExperience with HR analytics and data highly desiredProven success in a project coordination roleNimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutionsStrong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication Experience with budget managementConsulting experience with a focus on operations managementRequired Education: Bacheloru2019s in HR, Business or similar discipline PLEASE NOTE: Absent a Medical or Religious reason that prohibits vaccinations, all our incoming employees must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
