We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for a very important client.

A pending acquisition requires extensive planning and coordination of planning and task execution for information security, data privacy, business continuity, physical security, IT GRC, and Identify and Access Management. The professional should have basic project management skills, elite communications skills, and be able to coordinate and schedule meetings across to different companies, create agendas, track action items and ensure task completion. The candidate will work with senior managers and leaders to ensure communications are frequent, clear, and that tasks are clearly understood and competed on time.
