Downtown Cleveland professional services organization is seeking an experienced  Senior Human Resources Manager
to help drive the company’s human resources department and future growth goals.
This position is primarily responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, coordinating and executing human resource strategies to ensure legal compliance and implement supporting the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. This position additionally will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.
