Our aerospace client has a long term full time contract opening for an on-site recruiter in Downers Grove, IL (100% on-site). Newer facility and pay up to $40/hr. Strong possibility of conversion.

Duties: Responsibilities
Support with recruitment of exempt and non-exempt openings including temporary assignments
Sourcing, screening and phone & in-person interviews
Position Requirements: Requirements
Ability to work on-site
Strong organization and customer service skills
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Prior use of Taleo preferred
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
