This role is a key member of the global benefits and governance team and is primarily responsible for data analytics, benchmarking, communications, team member experience, HR support, and compliance for all US benefit programs. This role will collaborate with the Director, Global Benefits & Governance to recommend the strategic direction and ensure alignment of all benefits programs within our Total Rewards strategy.
The role will be responsible for the HR support related to each of the US benefit plans including the communications, resources, and training.
The role will also be responsible for the team member experience related to each of the US benefit plans including the management and expansion of the YOUR PARKER website and app.
This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
This role will focus on the overall team member experience with each of our US benefit programs including escalation management and vendor monitoring
This position reports to the Director, Global Benefits & Governance, and will work collaboratively with the Global Total Rewards Team. Will interact with Human Resources, Legal, I/T, Payroll, Finance, Corporate Communications and various external suppliers as needed to support compliance and administration as needed.
Your Role
Execute on health, insurance, time away, retirement and wellness benefits to support the needs of our diverse employee population
Demonstrate knowledge and experience with health care programs to drive innovation to support the health of our population and their employee experience
Work with external partners to deliver programs to team members in a seamless and efficient manner
Utilize IBM Watson, Greater Insight, Fidelity PSW, and other analytical tools that are available to Parker to generate strategic initiatives and program design
Use financial and employee experience data to quantify and qualify trade-offs, decisions and options in the context of making recommendations that deliver the most value for our employees
Build and deploy a communication strategy for the US HR team to ensure they are fully supported on each of our health, insurance, time away, retirement and wellness programs
Ensure compliance with U.S. requirements, including COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA and other state and local regulatory requirements
Support annual projects including annual enrollment and the annual wellbeing program management
Your Profile
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, HR or related field required
7-10 years related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and establishing strong working relationships (both internal and external)
Ability to listen and use critical thinking to assess business needs
Knowledge of and/or ability to interpret applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Expert understanding of the healthcare, insurance, and retirement industries and each of their core concepts
