The Benefits Administration Specialist administers and analyzes employee benefit programs, plans and policies and provides project support to the Manager. The Specialist counsels and guides employees, and responds to questions/concerns regarding benefits programs. The incumbent performs audits for the health insurance and retirement benefits and provides guidance to employees in relation to employee benefits. He/she carries out processes and procedures to effectively maintain the day to day operations of the benefits function in the most efficient, cost effective and compliant manner. Minimum Requirements:
Three (3) years of experience in benefits administration
Experience with automated payroll, accounting and human resources systems Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
CEBS designation preferred
