Addison Group’s client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Washington DC! The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience and excellent interpersonal skills. This contract position is currently remote with the plan of going hybrid in January (2 days in-office).
Job Description:
Perform full-cycle recruitment
Utilize knowledge of multiple sources and developed sourcing techniques to identify and attract a diverse selection of candidates
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
Manage all onboarding materials, such as reference checks, background checks and onboarding paperwork
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Qualifications:
2-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in ATS
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work well with a team
Great at multitasking and meeting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
