POSITION PROFILE
The Corporate Recruiter is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent for Knoll across Manufacturing while managing the full cycle recruiting process.
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for manufacturing
Create and implement strategies to source and attract diverse top talent
Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
Coordinates participation in and represents company at job fairs and industry events in relation to attracting talent to the organization
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Provide functional marketplace data to the hiring managers as part of the recruiting process
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
Develop and implement search strategy that includes a multiple channel sourcing approach utilizing social media, ATS, referral and other recruiting programs
Ensure data integrity is maintained within the Applicant Tracking System while ensuring compliance with EEO/OFCCP regulations
Work on Talent Acquisition related projects
Required Skills
3 - 5 years full cycle recruitment experience with a focus in recruiting for one or more areas such as; Finance, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing/Supply Chain
Strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization from entry level to Director level positions
Excellent relationship skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
Experience with utilizing multiple sourcing channels such as FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, cold calling, etc.
In depth knowledge of data mining and internet research and recruiting techniques; Recruiting certification a plus
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably with SilkRoad)
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Required Experience
BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Approximately 3-5 years of recruiting experience
