The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition for Global Development will be integral to Regeneron’s continued successful expansion and is an important group leader within our Global Recruiting Team. The role will be responsible for leading a team of TA Managers, Specialists and external TA partners, supporting key business units and building a strong TA team to support various subject areas. This is a hands-on role where the incumbent will also be responsible for recruiting senior level roles within the defined business. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a passion for recruiting for scientific talent to help grow teams and organizations that create world class technology and therapeutics that impact patient’s lives. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related area with 12 years of related experience with at least 3 years experience managing recruiting teams. Experience recruiting in the Biopharmaceutical industry; R&D and Life Sciences is strongly preferred. A strong business intuition and ability to influence; capable of both “big picture” strategy and tactical execution with a highly responsive, agile and customer focused approach.
