Will work independently to process payroll develop reports and satisfy any business needs of a particular segment of the business. This level position should be familiar with new payroll concepts and be able to assist with all aspects of processing, tax, audit and payments. Provide exceptional support to all employee groups in their business unit.Provides payroll support for particular employee group(s) or geographic location(s).Assists with assessment of external payroll trends, surveys and reports to determine the company’s competitive position.Prepares and processes all pay cycles.Prepares applicable accounting schedules and summaries.Processes PTO and Final Pay Payments in accordance to company policy and statutory regulations.Maintains all payroll general ledger accounts and payroll related journal entries.Documents and updates payroll policies and procedures.Prepares special reports for management.Participates in and provides senior-level support to team and cross-functional projects.Acts as liaison between payroll, other HR departments, line management and outside providers. Impacts overall team effectiveness.May provide informal support to less experienced team members.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: 5 Years Payroll Systems Experience USA/Canada Education: Bachelor's Degree preferredSkills: Workday or Similar Payroll HCM systems. Great People Skills.
