During this exciting time of growth and transformation, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an experienced Organizational Effectiveness (OE) practitioner. The Director of OE is responsible for large-scale organizational design and change initiatives across the enterprise, and applies organizational design and change management methodology, framework, measurement and tools to enable outcomes. This leader demonstrates and influences change leadership for Sr. Business Leaders and identifies organizational dependencies and risks to drive more efficient decision making.
What you will do in this role:
Fosters a culture of inclusion and is a champion for diversity.
Oversees and leads Organizational Effectiveness resources and activities.
Assesses OE service requirements within key business areas to ensure strategic programs are receiving the appropriate support to achieve and sustain their business objectives.
Drives strategic programs by assessing the impacts from changes to strategy, operating model, structure, core processes, roles, teams and behaviors. Defines comprehensive change plans to ensure programs are delivering enterprise objectives.
Leads a team responsible for strategic change management planning. Develops, mentors and coaches the team through developmental goals and ongoing process improvement, and builds morale.
Collaborates, coaches and consults across the enterprise to develop and implement Org Effectiveness initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
(you must meet or exceed these to be eligible)
Skilled at developing trusting relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams
Ability to synthesize information, draw out key themes, trends and risks
Skilled at framing issues around difficult topics; highly effective at communicating to a range of audiences (verbal, written, visually)
Experience driving and leading change.
7 years of people, project, or process management experience, or equivalent
10 years of experience within HR, Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management.
