Payroll Administrator
$80k-$105k
The Payroll Administrator will report directly to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for handling all of payroll records and systems. The payroll will be processed on a bi-weekly basis for 400 employees. The Payroll Administrator will play a vital role in helping the Finance and HR departments in creating reports, assisting audits, track funds for 401k and HSA plans, and overseeing vendors transactions.
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring payroll compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for payroll processing
Manage all payroll adjustments, out of sequence payrolls, and off cycle payroll runs.
Prepare payroll processing audits for payroll signoff; prepare and collect audit reports for Internal Controls
Manage over-payment processes and deductions in arrears, as well as the accruals
Execute Quarter- and Year-End adjustments
Serve as escalation for payroll errors, corrections, and teammate concerns
Assist with resolving vendor file errors and coordinating 401(k) deduction set-up with payroll
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or related field
4 years of payroll experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
