Duties
SUMMARY:
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator
will perform cross functional Human Resource assignments such as Employee
Relations, FMLA/Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding with a noted multinational
law firm. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a

DUTIES:
Participate in the recruitment and on-boarding
process of Support Staff employees, including collaborating with hiring
managers to develop diverse recruitment strategies
Utilize various sources to market and advertise
position vacancies; screen resumes, conduct interviews, and refer qualified
applicants to the appropriate supervisor and/or manager
Ensure recruitment efforts are in compliance
with government and firm regulations
Support passive candidate outreach for current
and prospective roles
Develop innovative sourcing strategies
Coordinate the interviewing process with hiring
managers; administer employment testing to applicants
Plan and executive orientation, including
presenting and answering questions related to benefits, FMLA, ergonomic
support and PTO
Remain a point of contact for employee questions
relating to open enrollment, family leave, personal leave, benefits and
workers compensation; address and monitor potential Workers Compensation
matters
Coordinate and schedule training and development,
New Hire Orientation, and regular orientation programs for Support Staff.
Participate in the Support Staff annual performance
review process, monthly reviews and progress reports
Conduct market research and internal and external
pay analysis
Participate in the implementation and coordination
of HR department projects
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3-5 years of high volume recruiting
experience in a large law firm or corporate environment
Current knowledge of Human Resources practices,
techniques and business trends
Knowledge of federal, state and local labor
and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of Excel and MS Word and an understanding
of employee database applications
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication
skills, both verbally and in writing
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational
and planning skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting
priorities
Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain
confidentiality
