This position will provide analytical expertise to the HR Generalists and business units, providing guidance and interpretation of policy and legal requirements.r rr r REMOTE work from HOMEr rr rESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSr rr rrrPerform job analysis and market pricing while adhering to the company's compensation philosophy. Co-ordinate company involvement in market surveys, participate in and oversee analysis of Compensation surveysr rWork with HR Generalists to ensure receipt of accurate, comprehensive job descriptions. Assist in the creation of career ladders for all job families to ensure conformity with the external market and across Ryderr rSupport the design, development, implementation and administration of incentive Compensation programs. Develop analytical models and recommendations for compensation programs. Analyze organization pay practices and make recommendation for salary changes to ensure equity. Ensure the administration of Compensation programs is in compliance with established guidelines, processes and procedures. This may include programs such as Incentive Compensation, Sales Compensation, annual merit review cycle, geographic differentials, shift differentials, etc.r rConduct sales compensation related studies to include cross-functional collaboration to prepare analysis. Consistently apply a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.r rAnalyze Compensation policies relative to government wage and hour regulations and recommend changes as appropriate to establish and maintain competitive rates. Ensure company compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws, including reporting requirementsr rr rrrADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESr rr rrrAdvise managers and employees on Compensation policies and FLSA classificationr rProvide consultation, problem solving and customer service support to client groupsr rMay delivery compensation-related training and presentationsr rPerforms other duties as assigned.r rr rrrEDUCATIONr rBachelor's degree Business or related field .r rr rEXPERIENCEr rFive (5) years or more experience 3-5 years Compensation experiencer rr rSKILLSr rr rrrStrong applied math skillsr rDemonstrates analytical skills.r rUnderstand computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email.r rStrong Incentive, Compensation and data analysis skills with particular emphasis on Sale commission plansr rInstills commitment to organizational goals.
