Aon is looking to fill an H&B Strategy Consulting Strategy Manager role!As part of an industry-leading team, you will help deliver innovative and effective solutions for our Inpoint business group within the Strategy & Technology Group (STG) vertical in New York, Chicago, or Atlanta! Aon Inpoint provides advisory services to firms who operate across the insurance and employee benefits landscape, which include many of the most prestigious companies in the Global Health and Benefit, Property, Casualty, Insurtech, and (re)insurance market. We help clients navigate a fast-changing market environment to drive profitable and sustainable growth and business results. We work with clients to understand their objectives, address their challenges, and develop a deep understanding of market conditions and issues.Role ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle of complex client relationships and engagements from conceptualization to project scope definition to project management, delivery and presentation to C-suiteBe responsible for project delivery and leading Associate and Senior Associate team members within the project teamLead problem solving sessions with internal/external clients to develop processes, methodologies, and transition strategies that will guide them to the objective future stateDeveloping and drafting client proposals, articulating STG’s value propositionChallenge the status quo and internal processes to find opportunities to work more efficientlyLead by strong example, mentor, coach, and potentially supervise Associates and Senior AssociatesSupport and lead additional function (talent, data, operations, etc) in support of STG’s growth including data management, operations, compliance, etc.To Be Qualified for This Role:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field5 years of work experience in corporate strategy or management consulting (prominent advisory firm experience is preferred) and experience in the H&B insurance industryExperience leading projects and developing teams of professionals to deliver quality and insightful work to Executive partnersAbility to develop robust and impactful Client & Executive presentations as well as experience in business storytelling and formulating strategic narrativesStrong analytical abilities and a track record of business success as well as the ability to pay close attention to detail and a critical eye in supervising work of more junior team membersAbility to perform well under pressure on multiple work streamsWilling to travel up to 20%Desired Skills (Not required, but will set you apart from others qualified):MBA degree in related field would be preferredWillingness and ability to work internationally is not a requirement, but would be beneficial for future needWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
