Downtown Cleveland professional services organization is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator
due to company growth and expansion. This position will support and work together with the HR Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with creating and monitoring job postings;
Assisting with candidate screening and initial interviewing;
Scheduling of candidates;
Applicant tracking management and input;
Candidate sourcing;
Additional administrative duties as required.
2 years of recruiting experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred in HR or similar field. Solid MS Office skills including working familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast paced, confidential setting is mandatory.
