Responsibilities:
Work directly with candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers to schedule in person interviews and phone interviews.
Send confirmation emails to candidates once an interview has been scheduled.
Track scheduling of interviews to make sure all attendees have accepted the invite.
Assist with travel arrangements for candidates as needed.
Greet candidates and host them through in person interviews.
Manage all job postings on external job boards.
Collect, scan and save applications to candidate files.
Run background reports for new employees.
Help source candidates for open requisitions.
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Requirements:
Extensive experience scheduling in Outlook.
3 years of previous recruiting coordinator experience.
Strong customer service.
Experience sourcing is a huge plus.
Problem solver, ability to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexible, able to change direction quickly.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity.
Candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment.
Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed.
