\r\n\t**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently recruiting for a Training Specialist in its Mechanicsburg or Westminster office.\r\n\r\n\tUnder the direction of the OD & Training Manager, training specialists organize and implement programs for employee development.  They manage and create content in a learning management system.  Training Specialists onboard new employees, and work with staff transitioning roles in the organization.  They work with subject matter experts to create professional training content and programs.  Training Specialists work with outside vendors to deliver programs and assessments.\r\n\r\n\tRequirements:\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tRegular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tAbility to work posted hours of the branch.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tEducation and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Human Resources or related field.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tAbility to work independently under general supervision.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tKnowledge of computer software applications and hardware.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tStrong oral and written communication skills.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tAbility to organize and prioritize work efficiently and to effectively handle projects and activities.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tAbility to travel, sometimes overnight.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tAgricultural background is a plus.\r\n\r\n,
