Visiting Angels is an excellent setting to start a career in homecare or to find yourself making a difference in the lives of the aging, injured and disabled adults. We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual who is invested in assisting us to provide quality care and make quality matches between our experienced Caregivers and valued Clients.
Currently, we have 1 position available, FULL/PART TIME, NON-EXEMPT.
Schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 10am to 7pm, or determined by business need.
Responsibilities:
• Identify needs of client's and manage all scheduling of appropriate home care aides based on skill set, availability and physical demands.
• Schedule care for clients.
• Cover last minute CALL-OUTS.
• Provide supportive leadership to field care staff for daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with employees for scheduling needs and client preferences/needs.
• Provide customer service and directly resolve any issues and concerns.
• Process and update all documentation, communications and files related to scheduling.
• Assist HR Supervisor with clerical tasks as assigned.
This is a fast-paced environment, must be patient yet have the drive and energy to work with our caregivers and clients. Must be self-motivated to assist other staff and resourceful to get the job done.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills required.
• Experience as a Caregiver and Dementia Care is a SUPER PLUS!
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English.
• 3 year's customer service experience.
• Staffing experience is a plus!
• Able to exercise discretion with confidential information.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Great typing skills.
