About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join our Global Organizational Capability team. The Manager of
Talent Assessments and Organizational Capability
role will report to the Director, Organizational Capability and will lead enterprise-wide talent assessment and organizational development initiatives for Pitney Bowes. This individual will be responsible for partnering with Senior Talent Development & Learning Consultants to co-design innovative assessment and learning solutions and talent measurement across various programs. These learning solutions will be scaled to drive standardization across Pitney Bowes to effectively address upskilling efforts. In this role, you'll be a critical consultant to HR Business Partners, Talent COEs, and business stakeholders in identifying critical needs and delivering high-touch organizational capability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees execution of the global talent assessment strategy which includes identifying and recommending solutions for implementation based on business, market/country, and HR talent needs.
Leads integration of talent assessments into talent management processes and development programs in partnership with talent acquisition, learning consultants, HR business partners, and talent COEs.
Leads cross-functional consulting projects to implement assessment and selection best practices (includes facilitating job analysis workshops, presenting group-level assessment insights, designing technical skills frameworks and 180 surveys, and supporting critical talent decisions for talent identification).
Provides consultation on business-specific learning initiatives lead by Senior Talent Development & Learning Consultants, which could involve supporting in program or training design, development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation.
Manages global learning content portfolio and experiential development experiences, including design of new solutions and ongoing maintenance of existing assets and vendor relationship management.
Design and implement learning effectiveness framework to measure impact, efficacy, return on investment of new and existing learning assets and programs.
Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external partners and consultants to support a wide range of efforts on training, education, communications, and diversity and talent management content creation.
Lead design of a global rotational program that can be tailored to different business units.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor or Advanced degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning, Talent Management, or Industrial/Organizational psychology preferred
4 years of experience with talent assessments, competency modeling, adult learning methodologies, and training/program design
Strong business and financial acumen
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Diplomacy to negotiate internally at a senior level and with external partners
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and work with cross-functional partners
Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities; resilient and flexible
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Strong quantitative and analytical ability
Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets
Able to provide advice and coach others at various job levels
Proficient in MS Office, e-learning platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Workday HCM experience required
