Job Details:
SUMMARY: Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the electronic and paper personnel files; entering and activating hourly new hires; disciplinary actions; termination records. Other duties also include answering a steady volume of telephone and walk-in inquiries, handling a high volume of team member questions regarding Company benefits, policies and payroll along with other HR duties as assigned. The competencies essential to this position include: functional technical drive for results time management team work time management. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education in general office and clerical skills preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year administrative clerical experience in a busy office environment personnel client or customer relations is preferred. Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office are essential and previous SAP and or Workday experience is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual skills preferred but not required. Special Skills: Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task prioritize tasks work with constant interruptions and possess extensive organizational skills are necessary in this position.
