Human Resources Manager

Profile

5 to 10 years experience managing a company with 100 to 200 employees. Must be familiar with managing multiple states, handled insurance renewals, labor laws, 401(k), safety, DOL reporting, workers comp, unemployment insurance, recruiting, orientations, etc. Must be able to manage a diverse workforce. Prefer candidate with manufacturing background. No payroll experience necessary for this position. This position is geared for someone who has run a one person department & is comfortable in this type of environment. Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen prior to employment.
