Compensation
Base salary of $70,000
to $80,000

based on related recruitment experience and well-paid overtime generous

Duties
SUMMARY:
The Legal Recruitment Coordinator is responsible
for helping to coordinate recruitment and recruitment marketing and communication
efforts for the hiring of summer associates at the finest law schools in
the United States.
The Recruitment Coordinator will assist
in the development of strategies for recruitment and 1L outreach, updating
recruitment marketing materials and website information, and preparing
attorney interviewers and hospitality suites for campus interviews.
The Recruitment Coordinator will also assist
with summer program planning, as well as support the Professional Development
and Diversity and Inclusion teams as needed.
DUTIES:
Maintain student-facing sections of website
to include extranet sites focused on summer associate and the candidate
interviewing experience
Help develop and manage student recruitment
marketing materials to promote the Firm's message
Liaise closely with Business Development in
the development and implementation of written materials, website management
and event invitations so recruitment is in-line with the Firm's needs in
each practice group
Maintain and prepare firm information for
campus interviewers and ensure internal messaging is consistent with overall
strategy
Coordinate all details for hospitality suites
during campus interviews
Travel to various law schools to assist with
on-site logistics as needed
Assist with the candidate interview experience
including callback scheduling process
Assist in implementing communication plan
for all candidates invited for interviews and with formal offers
Execute event planning initiatives focused
on offer dinners, callbacks and 1L receptions and annual 1L summer reception
targeting top ranked law schools
Generate fresh ideas for promotional items
around campus recruiting efforts
Compile feedback from incoming and outgoing
summer associates regarding marketing and recruiting efforts
Work closely with Diversity & Inclusion
team to keep firm-wide diversity efforts at the forefront
Collaborate on varied projects with the Legal
Personnel & Professional Development departments
Required
2 years of varied levels of recruiting experience
within a law firm, financial institution, executive search firm or other
professional services company that institutes similar practices to attract
top talent.
Ability to build relationships with attorneys
and other professional staff
Strong writing and organizational skills with
attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple
projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment
Experience with MS Office Suite
Flexibility to adjust hours to meet departmental
needs, as needed
